About Me
As a firm believer in the healing power of compassionate touch, I am skilled in Craniosacral Therapy, Elderly Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, and Reflexology.
I have worked as a San Francisco massage therapist, in a spa setting, since 2017. This work inspired me to open my private practice. A space that recognizes my place in the Healing Arts, versus in the service industry. A space for my clients to step away from the concerns of the world and its worries and what it thinks about you. A space to honor YOUR INNER WORLD.
I work deeply but gently, in all my sessions, never evoking resistance or the reflex to guard. This approach, of keeping the integrity of your nervous system intact, provides an exponentially deeper treatment than working primarily on a muscular level.
I practice a combination of techniques to facilitate deep relaxation, setting your body in a state of restoration and repair.
